Preflight checks for a DeepSeek Harness plugin before submitting it to the community list: verifies the dsh.bundle manifest, cordis.patch.yml wiring, client bundle shape, and peer ranges that silently exclude prerelease harness builds. CLI plus one read-only agent tool.
