dsh-plugins
Points web_search at a self-hosted SearXNG instance instead of the native route: pages until maxResults is satisfied, and reports degraded coverage when engines fail so a thin result set is not read as a thin web.
把 web_search 指向自建的 SearXNG 实例而非原生搜索路由：自动翻页直到满足 maxResults，并在引擎失败时报告覆盖不全，避免把稀少的结果误读成网上本就没有内容。
