DSH Plugin Governor Extension 为 DeepSeek Harness 提供插件统一治理：白名单、用户维护的 P0–P3 优先级、已识别冲突的自动裁决，以及由外部守护器执行的安全试运行与自动回滚。 能做什么 白名单始终优先，避免关键插件被普通策略关闭。 不会根据插件名称猜测冲突；搜索提供商的选择仍交给 DSH 和模型。 P0–P3 会被保存为用户偏好，供未来具有明确冲突声明的插件参与裁决。 保存策略后，dsh-autostart 会重启候选版本并观察 30 秒；进程退出或本地 HTTP 健康检查失败，就恢复上一份可用策略并重启。 在 **设置 → 插件 → 插件管理** 页面中直接维护启用状态、白名单和优先级。 安装 本扩展当前固定适配 DeepSeek Harness 提交 b150a551b8d465e31e418e1b2eaf5e79bbb7d28e。先取得对应 DSH 源码，然后在本仓库根目录运行： powershell .\install.ps1 -DshPath C:\path\to\deepseek-harness 脚本会先逐个验证补丁，再应用全部补丁；不会在补丁无法干净应用时修改你的 DSH 工作区。 健康检查边界 30 秒试运行检查 DSH 进程和本地网页是否持续可用，并不发送真实 LLM 消息。真实消息可能消耗额度或调用外部工具，不能作…
