Code-graph integration for the DSH Web GUI: a "Codegraph" card in Settings → Plugins with index status, symbol search, callers / callees / impact views, and one-click sync / index; hosts the codegraph MCP server and injects a CodeGraph usage guideline into the system prompt. Requires the codegraph CLI.
