DSH Settings Navigation Scroll 为 DSH Web 设置弹窗左侧导航增加纵向滚动能力。当安装的插件较多、设置分区超出视口时，导航栏会显示细滚动条，所有设置入口都可滚动访问。 Adds vertical scrolling to the left navigation of the DSH Web settings dialog.
