@all3cn/dsh-qa-suite-n23 DSH 质量套件插件（host 侧，无 UI 半区）。一个包合并两份上游能力： 能力 1. code_check 工具（自动类型检查） 吸收自 a179-sanae/dsh-code-check（BSD-3-Clause）。 监听 fs/observed 事件：模型经 edit / write 工具改动 .ts / .tsx / .mts / .cts 文件后触发。 按项目防抖（默认 800ms）后台运行 node <tsc> --noEmit -p <tsconfig> --pretty false： spawn 数组形态、无 shell 参与、显式超时（默认 60s）+ abort。 项目自动发现：自改动文件向上找最近的 tsconfig.json（跳过 node_modules）； 首次使用时按调用方工作区扫描。 诊断缓存在内存（LRU，容量 cacheCap），模型随时调用 code_check 工具读取报告； 支持 paths 相对路径过滤与 run: true 强制重跑。 2. /code-review 命令（多镜头本地代码审查） 吸收自 JasonFreeLab/dsh-command-code-review（MIT），PR / gh 回评模式已删除， 仅保留本地审查模式。 /code-review [审查请求] [-…
