dsh-laya
把 Laya 的有类型决策（`noul` 是/否、`choice`、`score`）接成一等 Cordis 服务（`ctx.laya`）与两个模型可见工具 `laya_ask`、`laya_plan`。插件自身不安装也不下载任何东西：它是你自己启动的 `laya-mcp serve` 边车的客户端，边车未运行时会明确报出，而不是在首次工具调用时隐晦失败。
Laya typed decisions (`noul` yes/no, `choice`, `score`) as a first-class Cordis service (`ctx.laya`) plus the model-visible `laya_ask` and `laya_plan` tools. The plugin itself installs and downloads nothing: it is a client of a `laya-mcp serve` sidecar you start yourself, and it reports that the sidecar is not running instead of failing obscurely at the first tool call.
