Enables or disables DSH plugins from Settings → Plugins: each toggle stops or starts the plugin immediately without a restart and the change persists across restarts.

dsh-plugin-toggle · Enable/Disable DSH Plugins from Settings Turn DSH plugins on and off **directly from Settings → Plugins**: an additive **"Enable/Disable"** tab beside the read-only "Plugin list".
