把 Codebase Memory MCP 代码知识图谱接入 DSH，并用防抖文件监视器自动保持索引新鲜。MCP 桥接部分仅支持 Windows（监视器跨平台）；首次启动会经 npx 自动安装所需 npm CLI。
Bridges the Codebase Memory MCP code knowledge graph into DSH and keeps indexed repositories fresh with a debounced filesystem watcher. Windows-only MCP bridge (the watcher half is cross-platform); auto-installs its npm CLI via npx on first start.
