It lets an MCP-capable client (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, …) **operate PostgreSQL + PgBouncer clusters on Kubernetes** — topology, connection pooling, tuning, backups/PITR, DR, extensions, and lifecycle — with behaviour controlled entirely by flags.
