dsh-llm-newapi
NewAPI（OpenAI 兼容网关）模型接入：注册 `newapi` 路由，仅发现聊天类模型，自动从 models.dev 获取模型参数（上下文窗口、思考强度等）并填充，并在 Web 设置页配置 base URL 与 API Key。
