DeepSeek Harness 的 MCP 服务管理器：在「设置 → MCP 管理」中新增/编辑/启停/重启/删除 MCP 服务，支持 JSON 导入导出、4 个 mcp_manager_* 模型工具与 HTTP API，可通过 npx、npm 或跨平台脚本安装。
